Shipping policy
At AXOME, we strive to ensure a seamless and reliable shipping experience for every order. Below, we outline our shipping process, including processing times, delivery options, and key information for both domestic and international shipments.
1. Delivery Address
Orders are shipped to the address the Buyer provides during checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete when placing the Order. AXOME is not responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error after submitting your Order, contact our customer support team at [hello@axomebeauty.com] as soon as possible to request a correction.
2. Order Processing & Shipping Time
We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Most orders are handed over to the courier within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation. During peak seasons, promotions, or high demand periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. While we typically ship within 48 hours, delays may occur due to inventory availability, public holidays, or unforeseen operational issues.
3. Delivery & Customs Fees
Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on orders over 399 PLN within Poland. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee will apply, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Delivery Timelines: Orders are shipped via trusted couriers (e.g. DPD, InPost or UPS), with estimated delivery times of 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipments: For orders outside Poland, additional customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply, as determined by the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the Buyer and must be paid upon delivery. The courier or local customs office will contact you if payment is required. AXOME has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amounts.
4. Carrier & Delivery Timelines
Once your order is dispatched, delivery times depend on the courier’s schedule, chosen shipping method and external factors such as weather conditions, customs processing or logistical disruptions. While we work to meet estimated delivery times, AXOME is not liable for delays caused by couriers or third parties. You can monitor your shipment using the tracking number sent to your email after dispatch.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided or collected by you from the courier.
5. Order Confirmation & Documentation
After placing an Order, you will receive a confirmation email with key details. Once shipped, we’ll provide a tracking number for real-time updates. A receipt or electronic VAT invoice will also be emailed to you for your records.
